Amala Breakfast Sausage Patty

Our take on a Country style breakfast sausage patty. This patty packs a savory punch with flavor notes of onion and sage, plus some ginger, garlic, nutmeg and other natural ingredients to make it sizzle nicely in the pan and sing in your mouth.

Sauté to brown the patty on both sides, then serve with scrambled eggs and hash browns. You can also pair it with pancakes and a dollop of maple syrup, or top with some melty cheese to make your own Sausage Mcmuffin at home.

Our Mexican sausage serves up the lively Latin flavors you look for in your tacos and burritos. It features fennel seed, coriander and cumin, along with chili flakes and cayenne for a bold, hearty blend of warmth and heat, tinged with a touch of citrus.

Cooking activates its flavors – so chop it up and pan fry in a little oil before folding into soft tacos or burritos with some guac and your favorite salsa. Not in a taco mood? Toss it in a stir fry or mix it into some Mexican rice!

Amala “Beefy” Hotdogs

Flavored with our signature vegan beef broth, and with white beans added for extra protein, they’re a tasty, satisfying alternative you can feel good about serving your kids. They even mimic the feeling of breaking through skin when you bite, so no one will ever know the difference.

Cooking activates the flavors, so pan fry before serving. Nestle in a soft bun, pile on your favorite fixings (brown mustard and sauerkraut work great) – then sit back and enjoy the taste of summer outdoor grilling.

Amala “Plant-Based” Meatballs

Made to pair with traditional Italian-style pasta, our plant-based meatballs are infused with subtle Mediterranean flavors that soak up a Marinara sauce perfectly. Almond flour adds a hint of nuttiness, and mushrooms, jackfruit and bulgur wheat deliver the look and feel of finely ground meat.

Fry the meatballs until golden brown, then let them simmer in the sauce of your choice. If you prefer to bake the meatballs, brush with a little olive oil and roast at 400F / 190C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
